This client needed a half page ad in three days for a local golf magazine - he gave me his logo and mentioned he wanted some pictures of luxury homes and condo's in arizona as he's licensed both in Washington state and in Arizona. From that, we created this fantastic postcard that elicits the "fun in the sun" Arizona lifestyle with an adobe feel. Our client is thrilled - look for this ad next month in Pacific NW Golf Magazine! This was our second concept for the ad - targeting northwest golfers who read Pacific NW Golf magazine and might consider purchasing a home in Arizona to escape the winter rainy season. Real Estate Magazine Ad Real Estate Flyer Design Real Estate Flyer Design We created this flyer utilizing the built in template manager with our client's MLS System.
This is a postcard a client needed to advertise a home selling seminar to his farm. We sourced all the necessary graphics and created a unique and professional design he could use many times for added branding. Captain Joe wanted to offer his customers a rebate coupon on future services so we designed this amazing coupon for him that won rave reviews. Jerry wanted a memorable design for his bus bench ad and was in desperate need as another designer poorly implemented his idea for lucky "sevens" - we came to the rescue and met the looming deadline. Jerry was thrilled. This broker wanted to spotlight new agents that had signed up as well as encourage further recruiting efforts at his office - we cam up with the "Free Agent" concept and since they wanted everyone's photo in the design, we carefully positioned them in a baseball diamond format to fit the theme.
With a quick stock photo purchase, we created this spring forward postcard for our client. Notice how the line of text curves around the flowers. Our client loves catchy lines for her postcards, so when father's day came up - we did this cute design for her. For Mother's day, our client wanted a soothing design so we sourced this stock photo of some flowers and used font colors that harmonized. Our client needed to advertise a series of senior seminars for spring, so we designed this colorful and memorable jumbo postcard with some unique reflection effects.
Our RE/MAX client wanted an impressive design for his new blog, so we merged the ideas of real estate and computers with the home in the monitor and tied it in with a nice remax colored header with Web 2.0 texture and reflections. Our client hated that all the postcard vendors 'just sold' cards looked the same and boring, so we quickly created this for her listing.
