VA4RE is happy to explain the process a bit further. What we'll do initially is create a custom plan of attack - we'll go over what tasks you'd like coverage for, how we'll go about those projects, how many hours you feel you'll need per month and we'll design our action plan.

Based on your needs, we'll usually start with a retainer package of some kind where you receive a discount for reserving a certain number of hours per month. A work for hire agreement is created which details the specifics of the retainer package, including the level of discount, length of the package, etc.

The contract is reviewed, signed and the initial deposit is paid. Project work then commences and we track the time spent on your projects down to the minute to ensure you receive the most value. Those reports are submitted with each invoice at the end of the month. We will encourage you to use up your hours for that month, but if circumstances don't allow for that - they will roll-over into the next month on a one-time basis.

If at any time VA4RE completes a project and the results are not to your satisfaction, let us know within 72 hours and we'll either redo at no charge or simply refund the project time to your account.
