Hello! I'm Cheryl
Allin Bergstrom and I am the owner of
Virtual Assistant For Real Estate (VA4RE) and I am a Certified
Real Estate Support Specialist™. I've worked many years with busy real estate professionals who realized and understood the value of outsourcing any projects that weren't in their core competency. I've been instrumental in the success of many clients over the years - clients whom I've partnered with and grown close to over the years. I come from a family of real estate agents, including my Grandfather who was a Century 21 agent in Escondido, California for many years. As a child, he and I would play "agent" and I often helped him with his reports.
I know real estate - and I know the best kept secrets for managing a successful real estate business utlizing the best that the Internet has to offer. My dedication to my client partners and my (I'm told) winning personality are the driving force behind VA4RE's success.
Before becoming a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, I started my career right out of High School as a US Army Arabic Linguist (98G). My time in the military gave me the skills and discipline that have been a tremendous help as an entreprenuer. I then spent over 15 years in Administration in sectors such as Banking, Customer
Service and High Tech. In 2000, I was Executive Assistant to the CEO at a dotcom that failed - and then moved on to another dotcom as VP of Marketing. I quickly realized that my extensive skills and expertise would be best utilized as an entrepreneur - working for my benefit and my values. Always an innovator, I launched VA4RE Administrative Services and became one of the worlds first Virtual Assistants in June of 2001. Since then, I have expanded my business to include a team of savvy Virtual Assistant professionals at the ready to serve my clients with care, dedication and great attention to detail. I have been working with
real estate professionals nearly exclusively for my entire six years as a Virtual Assistant. My background and expertise enable me to create dynamic and long term partnerships with clients, solving all of their technology issues and becoming a vital member of their team.
