Our VA4RE Team Members can provide a wide array of services. Below you will find pricing breakdowns and minimum charges based on the type of work you require and the level of experience of our Virtual Assistants. Your initial consultation and the first two hours with your Virtual Assistant are always FREE - once you begin working with your VA, you'll recieve daily and weekly reports via email, have a weekly call with your VA (minimum) and all of this personally managed by our VA4RE Project Managers.

Transaction Coordination Plans

VA4RE offers Full Service Transaction Coordination services. We can handle everything for your transactions from initial contract to closing. An initial $220 non-refundable, one-time set-up fee is due prior to the start of the first transaction to cover the development of action plans (checklist), compiling necessary vendors, entering contacts, uploading generic documents, etc.

Typical Transaction Coordination Fees

  • $420 for Single Side - $220 non-refundable deposit due prior to the start of transaction which is applied to total cost per transaction at closing
  • $750 for Dual Sided - $350 non-refundable deposit due prior to the start of transaction which is applied to total cost per transaction at closing
  • Fees vary depending on the complexity of client’s specific action plan, so clients must call for a custom quote.
  • Clients will be responsible for purchasing their own Online Transaction Coordination program if applicable
Listing Coordination Plans

VA4RE offers flat-fee Listing Coordination plans for those clients not seeking to enter into long-term retainer plans and simply need support marketing their listings. $220 one-time set-up fee is required for development of listing action plan and custom designing of all templates and pre-listing presentations.

  • Per listing fees range from $300 - $500 per listing
  • Fees depend on the complexity of client’s listing plan. Please call for a custom quote.
  • Printing Costs of marketing materials not included (see expenses)

Invoicing:

  • All tasks and projects are billed hourly.
  • Hours must be paid in advance prior to commencing work.
  • Rush projects requiring turnaround in less than 24 hours are double the retainer rate.
  • All projects are invoiced on the first of the month.
  • Highly detailed time tracking reports (in 6 minute increments) are submitted monthly.
  • The first months deposit may be held as a cancellation fee
  • If paying by check, work will not commence until the check clears
  • A $100 late payment fee is assessed for any payment received more than seven (7) days past the invoice date.
