Your VA4RE Team Leader is there to ensure you're getting the best results for you and your budget. We require all VA4RE Real Estate Virtual Assistants to maintain the highest level of skills and communication. Never should you experience a REVA that 'disappears' and doesn't return your calls. Your VA4RE Real Estate Virtual Assistant is required to submit daily reports of their progress to you, they're required to contact you by phone once per week for project updates and they track the time they spend on your projects down to the minute. If at any time your personal VA4RE Real Estate Virtual Assistant needs to be away from his/her office or has an emergency, you will be notified and your projects will be temporarily assigned to an alternate VA4RE Real Estate Virtual Assistant.

If at any time you have issues or concerns with your VA4RE Assistant, your Team Leader is available to assist you and can assign an alternate Real Estate Virtual Assistant to take over your projects if you feel you don't have the right chemistry with your current REVA.
