VA4RE is happy to explain the process of working with a VA4RE Virtual Assistant a bit further.
First, you sign up to request a complimentary consultation with your VA4RE Team Leader - be sure to include all of your contact information and a description of the types of services you're interested in.
You will be contacted by your VA4RE Team Leader to setup your initial consultation, where you'll go over your current workflow, discuss what tasks you would like to outsource to your real estate virtual assistant(s) and create an action plan for project completion and budget. Your VA4RE Team Leader will then make a recommendation of one or several VA4RE Virtual Assistants to begin your projects
You can review these VA4RE Virtual Assistant profiles and choose those VA4RE Virtual Assistants that you are interested in working with. Schedule phone time with them to discuss your project and get a sense of the potential and chemistry of your possible new Virtual Assistant. You may choose to request references of other agents they've worked for in the past.
Once you choose your VA4RE Virtual Assistant(s), what they will do initially is create a custom plan of attack - they'll discuss your projects and timelines and give their input to your VA4RE Team Leader.
Based on your needs, your VA4RE Team Leader will usually suggest starting with a retainer package of some kind where you receive a discount for reserving a certain number of hours per month. A work for hire agreement is created which details the specifics of the retainer package, including the level of discount, length of the package, etc. Many VA4RE Virtual Assistants charge for services in the range of $30 - $100 per hour, based on the types of services you need and the skills required (many VA4RE Virtual Assistants spend a great deal of time and cost increasing their skill levels, please respect them).
The contract is reviewed, signed and the initial deposit is paid. Project work then commences and they track the time spent on your projects down to the minute to ensure you receive the most value. Those reports are submitted with each invoice at the end of the month. they will encourage you to use up your hours for that month, but if circumstances don't allow for that - they may roll-over into the next month on a one-time basis.
Be sure to communicate clearly to your VA4RE Team Leader & Virtual Assistant your expectations - go over all of the particulars so there are no misunderstandings. This helps you and your Virtual Assistant to avoid any possible pitfalls.
